Freddie L. Terrell, M.D.

Dr. Terrell earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown College, Georgetown, Kentucky, and his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Medical Center and his urology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Terrell is board certified by the American Board of Urology.

Bill A. Harmon, PA-C

Mr. Harmon is a physician assistant who has earned his board certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He completed his baccalaureate degree with high honors in the health professions with emphasis in physician assistant at Kettering College of the Medical Arts in Kettering, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Army from 1979 to 1995.
