William Randolph Allen, M.D. Dr. Allen earned his undergraduate degree from University of Tennessee and his medical degree from University of Tennessee. He completed his surgical and urology residencies at University of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Urological Association and the Kentucky Medical Association. He is also certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Mr. MacSwords is a physician assistant who is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He trained to become a physician assistant at the University of Kentucky in Lexington where he earned a bachelor of health sciences. He has experience in primary care, urgent care, and clinical trial research. He served as an Officer in the U.S. Army from 1973 to 1981.
